These pictures were taken by J.P. on July 18, 2003 in Santa Cruz, California, where Tiffany performed on the Boardwalk. The (in)famous "obsessed fan" Jeff Turner, who had a restraining order back in the '80s barring him from going near Tiffany, can be seen in the crowd.
